Terms of booking.

Reservations made on this site are with DJS Real Estate Management LLC, trading as NOHO, acting as manager for the property owner. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM Hawai'i Standard Time unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quoted totals include the nightly rate, the cleaning fee for that home, and Hawai'i General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment is processed at the time of reservation. The guest named on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the stay.

Each home lists its own occupancy limit, minimum stay, and house rules on its page. Exceeding the stated occupancy, hosting an event without written approval, smoking indoors, or bringing an undisclosed animal is grounds for cancellation without refund.
