Privacy.

We collect what a booking requires and nothing beyond it: your name, contact details, stay dates, party size, and payment information. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our systems.

Reservation data is held in our property management system so that we can operate your stay, meet Hawai'i tax reporting obligations, and honour the cancellation terms. We do not sell guest data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers required to deliver the stay.
